Hello All,

Also, if you want to be a part of an interfaith choir, the contact information is here as well.
Flemington Area Faith Leaders Folks,

“After our conversation about the annual Interfaith Thanksgiving Service yesterday, I connected with our Music Director who would love to lead an interfaith choir for the service, including members of all our congregations. We will be getting the word out about the event as it gets closer, but the choir will need some time to rehearse, so it's important to start getting the info to all our singers asap. If you have anyone in your faith community who is interested, please have them contact Emily Bengels at music@hunterdonuu.org. Info to share below. Thanks!”

Interfaith Faith in Action Event

After a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, the interfaith Faith in Action event took place on Sunday, May 15th.

The event began with a lunch on the lawn of the Flemington Presbyterian Church where volunteers from various Flemington congregations got to know one another before breaking off into service groups. GUCC led the garbage pickup group, while others helped clean up at the Harvest Family Success Center, worked in the community garden, or packed snacks for chemo patients or wrote letters. Diapers were also collected for the United Way Diaper Bank.
